I'm good at managing economy, doing permissions and ranks, giving ideas and regular staffing.

Mineplex Experience
How long have you played Minecraft? How long have you played on Mineplex?
I started playing Minecraft three years ago at the age of 10. I started playing Mineplex at the start of 2014.
What experiences do you have moderating a community or game?
I have experience as a staff member on many different servers (Maybe around 10). The average player count for all of them are at around 10-20 people. The positions I have been include: Owner, Co-Owner, Permissions Developer, Head-Admin, Admin, Head-Mod, Mod and Helper.
How many hours a day/week can you moderate the forums and in-game?
My time zone is UTC:+12:00 In Game:Every weekday starting at 6:30 AM (My time) i can be on for 1 hour. After school at around 4 PM (My time) I can be on for about 1-3 Hours. For weekends I can be on at around 7AM (My time) to around 10-10:30AM (My time). Forums: I will be on the forums whenever I'm in game. I will also pop on the forums whenever I have time to answer and help anyone that needs it.
Why should you be a Trainee? Why do you want to be a Trainee?
Well, I enjoy seeing people happy. I think the best way to do that it to help them. When someone is flooding chat in lobby eleven for example a helper gets on and mutes them! It makes me feel a sudden rush of relief. I think it would be an amazing experience to see people happy. I’m also a cheerful guy. I’m not the type to get mad at people, instead I just thank them for their imperfections. Tell them that they should stay who they are. Also I’m aware that helper is not a rank for the members amusement (Its not always fun and games). It can be, if you are good at entertaining yourself (as do I), not to be more on topic (I’m sorry if I sound full of myself in the next paragraph or so, I’m really not that full of myself).
I would like to be a part of the mineplex moderation community because I think that the server is amazing, but I believe that I could help improve this wonderful community. I think that staff members with great humor are amazing and there should be more of them. Sure, Mineplex has tons of staff but most of them are flat out serious when on duty. Thats okay but I think that some staff members should at least crack a joke every once and a while, as long as you don’t do it too often. Now, to get even further into the topic, a Mineplex helper is a very important role in the community. They help players, cheer them up and go out of there call of duty to make everybodys day better. I would like to be apart of that team. Officially. What I mean by that is instead of being a Mini-Mod on the forums and helping people there for fun. Do it as your job. You see, theres a saying… Do what you love and you will never have to work a day in your life. Thats my favorite quote, I live by it. I do what I love but I create something for the world while doing it. I would like to help the Mineplex community in the ways I explained.

I'm dedicated. If I had to play on a single minecraft server all day (I could choose) I would choose mineplex. I think that mineplex is the best community to ever exist. If I’m not on mineplex I’m making something for mineplex. For instance: A signature, a map, a post or I’m helping the players on the forums! There is no reason for me not to like to like the server. I like its flaws (what would a community be without flaws?).
I am ready. I feel that I am fully capable of helping manage the community. Its what I’ve always wanted to do for the community. I don’t mind the fact that I am too “Young To Be Applying” as I only just recently turned 13 I think that it is maturity that matters. If thats not the case then I don’t know what is.
To wrap this up I will just say, I am up for the challenge. I have seen the community staff in action and I would love to be like them some day. If this gets accepted I will be extremely happy. My friends all want to be staff and they have been telling me to apply for ages. So today I am doing just that. I hope you have a nice day.

feel I learn best through a guided experience. But once I know the basics, I don't need very much support to hold me up to reach my goal, but I would prefer to have someone I can interrogate every now and then when a question whooshes into my mind.
Are you an outgoing person or do you struggle to express yourself to people you don’t know very well?
I'm a pretty outgoing person, I'm not really afraid of telling people about me, but I don't blab on personal issues unless I know for certain they aren't looking to do creepy things to me. But otherwise, I'll talk, talk and talk. But like I said, unless I get special permission, I won't share a secret.
Does the thought of being casually assessed throughout your Trainee trial appeal to you? Why or why not?
For this, it appeals to me very much. As I said earlier, one i know the basics, I'm good to go. So being assisted a little bit is all I need for a base. So I appeal to this idea very much. And some day, maybe, I can help people in search of Helper!
Are you confident in your abilities to communicate with other users, whether being on teamspeak or in-game?
I would feel very confident on teamspeak or in-game communication wise. As I said earlier, I'm outgoing. Also I'm an extrovert, so talking is my specialty! And if someone gives me mean talk, I can always record a reaction or have someone back me up. I would still warn someone if they are pushing it, but only, probably give them that second chance.
What type of person would you find yourself striving alongside in a working environment?
I would find myself working alongside a cheery, humorous person who has great experience. I prefer to be silly/funny but when needed I will be stern and serious. However someone to have a good time with is what I need. Because sometimes, you can't always be stern and serious/grumpy all the time. So to review my wish, someone who isn't irascible 24/7, but someone who will be serious and knowing what to do when danger arises.
